About the role
You will build AI features for our clients: chatbots, AI agents, document and image understanding, and automation that saves people time. You choose the right model and tool for the job and make it work reliably in a real product.
You will work with the web and CRM teams, so your work ends up in products people use every day.
What you will do
- Design and build chatbots, agents and automations with LLMs
- Write the prompts, tools and checks that make them reliable
- Work with data: clean it, search it, measure the results
- Explain what the AI can and cannot do to the team and to clients
What we look for
- Python or TypeScript, and a good understanding of APIs
- Hands-on work with LLM APIs, embeddings or similar tools
- A careful, test-first way of working
- You like to explain things in simple words
